Young people in our community.

Now reaching almost 8000 young people per year, our incredible Youth Development has been designed to support these young people, and provide them with the best possible opportunities to fulfil their potential. Of these 8000 youths, a large percentage are located within ‘challenging’ areas viewed as having limited potential, equality, or in which there is statistically a high risk of young people partaking in negative undertakings, such as criminal activities or anti-social behaviour.

We are thrilled to offer young people opportunities which would not otherwise exist, skillsets they may not build without our support, and to support them through challenging times with our mentorship and network of coaches, qualified youth workers and volunteers. Our reach is ever-increasing, as is our roster of activities and events.

The value of our work is truly measured by the impact we have on young people in the community. It is remarkable to see them grow, develop and gain confidence through the impact of our Youth Development.

However, this ever-increasing impact does rely on our fantastic partners, businesses and sponsors we work alongside, offering remarkable opportunities which, ultimately, change local lives.

If you can offer further activities, support, or funding, we would really appreciate it. Any help you can provide would really make a difference to young people in the city, whether that’s work experience opportunities; guest speakers; activities; materials; resources or funding, it all really makes the world of difference.
