WHO WE ARE

We are thrilled to run our impactful Youth Development Programme in Portsmouth, UK. This programme has been designed to support young people and provide them with the best opportunity to fulfil their potential. We engage with young people who are located within areas viewed as having limited opportunities, equality or in which there is statistically a high risk of young people partaking in less positive undertakings, such as criminal activities or anti-social behaviours, as well as welcoming young people from all walks of life to our activities and events.

URBOND’s main goals within the Youth Development Programme (YDP) are:

To provide a safe, and inclusive environment which is conducive to the development of young people.
To support participants in achieving the best educational/employment opportunities via mentorship and career path guidance
To promote engaging activities which foster both mental and physical well-being.
