We are passionate about working with children and young people. However, we understand the importance of engaging and working with parents to deliver effective and lasting change. By getting to know the parents and the context the children live in, we can understand their dynamics, needs, backgrounds and circumstances to better support them.

We believe offering parents a holistic approach and one-to-one support will empower them and give them tools to improve their situations for the best interest of the children. URBOND offers advice and support to parents regarding parenting styles, setting and maintaining boundaries, and how to improve communication with their young people and children. The topics addressed can vary depending on the specific needs of each family as we believe that a “one size approach” simply, does not work.
