Mentoring

Our coaches and mentors build trusted relationship with participants and help them achieve their goals and objectives.

The programme has been designed to pro-actively target and engage with young people who are located within areas where the environment is one that is viewed as having limited opportunities or equally there is statistically a high risk of youngsters partaking in less positive undertakings such criminal activities, etc.

Charity representatives actively speak with both young people and parents in these areas to gather a solid understanding of the key issues and develop solutions that will benefit the community and its members in the long term.
