Careers and Employability

The programme offers young people access to work experience and employment opportunities.

The engagement activities the charity offers focus on getting to know the young people we work with and reaching out to participants who are currently struggling socially, emotionally, or financially or in some cases are involved in anti-social behaviour. After 4-6 months of engaging with them, we strategically select and support individuals to access employment opportunities by creating an individualised pathway based on their needs, interests, wishes and skills set.
