Our social events are just some of the events we organise to help bring members of our local community together for cultural exchange and interaction.
URBOND’s events enable the charity to bring people of multiple backgrounds together for cultural exchange and interaction, thus strengthening the social infrastructure of the community whilst promoting and nurturing a sense of inclusion and cooperative spirit. Events run throughout the year.
Socio-Cultural Events
These are quarterly events with lots of prizes to be won, games, puzzles and free nutritious meals. Everyone (18+) is welcome and entry is free.
Groups Day Out
We organise outdoor events such as visits to historic sites, paintbailling are aimed at encouraging friendship and cohesion in our community. Get involved and together, let’s have fun and make new friends in our community.
Charity Ball
Our Annual Charity Ball Event is always an exciting event to see members of our community, friends, colleagues and well wishers all dressed up for this end of year event. An event not to miss as we present all what we have achieved throughout the year. We also fundraise at the event, with all funds going towards our charitable work.
